We're a brand new indie beauty startup in Brooklyn NY that is changing the indie beauty retail buying global landscape. 

This is a blogging opportunity for an EXPERIENCED beauty blogger 

You will have significant creative freedom to pick and chose your topics (within pre-arranged topic areas), which might include: 

* Product Reviews 
* Celebrity Profiles 
* Top X Lists 
* Problem / Solution 

This is a perfect opportunity for someone experienced in the beauty industry with good writing ability, or for a professional writer with an interest in beauty, hair care, cosmetics, etc. 

The ideal candidate should be competent in writing, blogging, public relations and social promotions (Digg/ SU/ Reddit). You must be able to write in an SEO-aware manner, and should be very active in several forums within the beauty community. 

Requirements: 

1. You must not send a boilerplate response. 
2. Please include links to your three favorite beauty blogs 
3. Also include links to at least three posts you personally & that show off your skills. 
4. Tell us the 3 people that any beauty addict must absolutely follow on Twitter and Instagram

5. You must be a native English speaker / writer.
6. You will require basic photoshop skills (we have template images that go at the top of each blog post and all you'll need to do is layer a screenshot on the template and edit the caption - so pretty basic photoshop!) 

Byline: 

We will offer a byline with two line biog - link by negotiation. 

Output: 

4 to 5 posts per week.
